Overview
These terms of service apply to all locksmith services provided by Master Lockey in Sarasota and Manatee County. By requesting service, you agree to these terms.
Service requests
Service is provided based on availability and proximity. We aim to respond quickly, but response times are estimates and depend on traffic, weather, and call volume.
Pricing and payment
Pricing is based on the service requested, time of day, and complexity. A quote or estimate is provided before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
Damages and liability
We perform work with care and professional tools. However, Master Lockey is not liable for pre-existing damage, unusual conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us as soon as possible. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate court in Sarasota or Manatee County.
